Toni West works for Impact Recovery Ltd and is an accredited ACC Pastor, Mentor and Chaplain with Chaplaincy Australia managing a team of community and workplace chaplains in Victoria. Toni has over 22 years of leadership experience in the for profit, not-for-profit and community services sectors delivering quality services to Australian communities.

Toni was employed in 2019 by Impact Recovery with a single focus to expand the organisation and propel it forward into a new strategic destiny to support individuals who are homeless to a life lived well, free from addictions.

Toni has led innovative partnerships and created joint ventures which have allowed the companies she has represented to expand their business opportunities.

Toni’s focus is to work in new environments adding value through her leadership capabilities, strategic and operational alignment, business acumen and relationship building capacity to effect change in people, their families, and communities by uniting in a community wraparound person-centred care approach that fosters change – whilst providing hope and support, where it may be deferred or non-existent.

Toni’s greatest desire is for all people, particularly the homeless to understand they are loved and valued with a sense of belonging – that each person knows their unique purpose.
